Warsaw Pack 2026 once again confirmed its position as an important meeting point for the packaging industry in Central and Eastern Europe. Held from April 14–16 at the Ptak Warsaw Expo, the event brought together thousands of professionals and showcased technologies, materials, and logistics solutions used throughout the packaging industry.

For Cartonplast, this year’s edition was characterized by valuable customer discussions, strong interest in reusable transport packaging systems, and productive exchanges on current industry developments.

High Interest in Reusable Trays and Reuse Systems

One of the standout themes at our booth was the growing interest in reusable trays and layer pads, particularly in industries where hygiene, operational efficiency, and traceability play an important role.

Visitors were particularly interested in:

1. Replacing single-use packaging systems with reusable alternatives
2. Transport stability and product protection
3. Evaluating transport packaging systems using Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) approaches

These discussions reflected the industry's growing interest in automation, digitalization, and reusable transport packaging systems.

Cartonplast’s pooling model demonstrates how this works in practice. Plastic layer pads are delivered, collected, cleaned, inspected, and reintroduced into circulation as part of a managed reuse system.

This approach supports the management of reusable transport packaging within complex supply chains and combines transport packaging, return logistics, cleaning, and asset management within a single operational framework.
